Description
Dietary supplement formulated to promote well-being and mental and physical support in complete safety. Contains hydrolyzed casein, L-theanine, calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, and B vitamins.
Lacto B is a milk protein hydrolyzate that contains very little lactose (<1%) and presents little risk of intolerance. It is a natural ingredient that can be used by all ages: children and adults. It is also recommended for athletes.
Calcium contributes to the normal function of muscles and neurotransmitters, theanine promotes relaxation, and magnesium, combined with B vitamins, promotes energy production and nervous system balance.

How to use
1 to 2 capsules per day, in the morning or afternoon.
