Laktomag Amara, 50 tablets

Laktomag Amara is a dietary supplement in the form of lemon-flavored tablets containing magnesium (92 mg of magnesium ions per tablet). Recommended for adults to supplement their diet with magnesium.

Magnesium is an element necessary for the proper functioning of the body, which has the following effects:

• helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system;
• helps reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue;
• helps maintain normal psychological functions;
• helps in the proper functioning of muscles;
• helps maintain healthy bones;
• helps maintain electrolyte balance.

Recommended intake:

1 tablet 1-3 times daily. Take with or after a meal, with water.
Do not take on an empty stomach. The score line on the tablet makes it easier to break for easier swallowing.

Ingredients:

Magnesium citrate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, glucose monohydrate; carrier: gum arabic; bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, colloidal silica; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; sweetener: acesulfame potassium; flavor and aroma improving agent: lemon flavor.
