Instructions for use

• For weight loss (overweight people with Body Mass Index-BMI: 25 to 30- [25≤BMI <30]): Take 2 capsules with a glass of water, 2 times a day, before the 2 main meals of the day.
• For weight control and managing overeating: Take 2 capsules with a glass of water shortly before a meal.

Duration of use:

• The recommended duration of treatment is 15 consecutive days (1 box).
• The maximum recommended duration of treatment is 30 consecutive days (2 boxes).
• After a break of at least 5 days, you can repeat the treatment for another 30 consecutive days as the maximum period of use.
