Description
Highly absorbable magnesium citrate dietary supplement, one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium. Magnesium is an essential mineral for muscle contraction, reducing cramps, and supporting the cardiovascular system. It promotes the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, making it especially essential during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for postmenopausal women. It is also beneficial during the menstrual cycle and premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Magnesium citrate, Binding agent: Maltodextrin; Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Glazing agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: Vegetable stearic acid, Silicone dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate; Humectant: Glycerin; Stabilizer: Croscarmellose sodium.

No added salt, sugar, colors, preservatives or artificial flavors.
Free from Yeast , Soy , Gluten , Wheat and Milk derivatives ( lactose ).

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years of age, two tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
