Description
Food supplement.
It is indicated for all magnesium and potassium deficiencies due to poor dietary intake, intense physical activity, or increased requirements. Magnesium is transported by five salts: pidolate, citrate, gluconate, lactate, and carbonate; potassium by three salts: citrate, gluconate, and chloride.

Ingredients
Sweetener: erythritol; potassium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; magnesium citrate, potassium gluconate, flavoring, magnesium gluconate, magnesium L-pidolate, magnesium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate; coloring: beta-carotene; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten-free, lactose-free , and aspartame-free.

How to use
We recommend taking one sachet daily after main meals. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir, and drink immediately. You can also dissolve the contents of one sachet in a 500 ml water bottle and consume over 2-3 hours.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor for prolonged use or in patients with renal insufficiency. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

Conservation
Store at room temperature, avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
