Description
Food supplement containing melatonin, zinc and selenium. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime) and mitigates the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination).
Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium is also beneficial for the normal functioning of the thyroid gland, while zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
Chamomile is known for its effect on relaxation and mental well-being.

How to use
It is recommended to take one chewable tablet per day, in the evening, shortly before bedtime.
