EASY TO INSERT
1. Wash your hands. Twist the tampon wrapper and remove it.
2. Pull the thread to remove. Insert the tampon gently into the vagina. If you feel some resistance, try changing your body position/direction
the tampon.
3. Once the tampon has been positioned correctly, you should no longer feel it. If you still feel it, try pushing it a little more. The thread should remain visible after insertion. Wash your hands.
EASY TO REMOVE
1. Wash your hands. Pull the thread to remove.
2. If the tampon is difficult to remove, it means that it has not been filled enough. In this case, you should consider the future use of a
low absorbency pad.
3. If you cannot find the thread for removal, sit in a kneeling position, press and grasp the pad with two fingers.
4. If you cannot remove the tampon, please contact a gynecologist.
