It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
The product must be consumed immediately after the main meal of the day, preferably within a maximum of 15 minutes, in order to optimize the absorption of iron and ensure the maximum efficiency of the active substances.

Thickening agents: microcrystalline cellulose. Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, Ferrous bisglycinate, Lactoferrin (contains milk and milk derivatives, including lactose).
Glazing agents: shellac, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol. Vitamin A (beta-carotene).
Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Colorants: iron oxides and iron hydroxides, Folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt). Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Lactiferon plus tablets are gastroresistant to release all the ingredients in the intestine.

100 mg Lactoferrin, 125 mg Bisglycinate Chelated Iron (Ferrochel), the equivalent of 25 mg Elemental Iron, 624 µg L-methyltetrahydrofolate (Quatrefolic), 160 mg Ascorbic Acid, 0.43 mg Vitamin A (Betacarotene) and 9 µg Methylcobalamin.
