Properties:
Peppermint, considered by many to be the real mint, unclogs and clears the sinuses of secretions, dilates the bronchial tree and promotes breathing, fights asthma attacks, being an invaluable aid in most respiratory diseases. Its effects do not stop here, however, as peppermint oil also has a strong effect in some joint and digestive diseases or even in emotional disorders.

Actions:
Internal: antitussive, strong respiratory stimulant, respiratory antispasmodic, carminative (reduces intestinal gas), gastrointestinal sedative, wakeful (dispels drowsiness), anti-inflammatory of the upper respiratory tract, antibiotic, immune stimulant, weak analgesic, cholagogue, sudorific.
External: antitussive, strong respiratory stimulant, joint anti-inflammatory, sedative, anti-emetic (anti-vomiting), bronchodilator, blood circulation stimulant, anti-asthmatic.

Ingredients:
Peppermint (Mentha piperita), 100% essential oil.

Administration method:
Internally: Take 3-4 drops, 2 times a day. Each dose is previously dissolved in a teaspoon of honey or a quarter of a teaspoon of edible oil.

Precautions:
Do not exceed the indicated dose and do not administer undiluted. It is administered only diluted in honey or edible oil, not in water.

Contraindications:
Do not administer to people allergic to plants from Fam. Lamiaceae (Labiatae).
