Lungwort is a herb native to Europe and Central Asia. It's called lungwort because it's primarily used as an expectorant and anti-inflammatory for tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis, for treating colds, pneumonia, bronchitis, and sore throats, as well as for symptomatic relief and other respiratory ailments. Lungwort is beneficial for both chronic and temporary illnesses:

Recommended intake:
