Composition:
Oil obtained by steam distillation from the flowers of the Rosemary plant (Rosmarinus officinalis).

Way of ussage:
External use: baths - 10 drops/bath; massage - 2-3 drops incorporated in massage oil; aromatherapy - 3-5 drops in 50 ml of water. It is recommended to test the sensitivity beforehand on a small portion of the skin. Internal use: only with the approval of the specialist consultant.

Contraindications:
Allergy to rosemary essential oil. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, high blood pressure, epilepsy, children under 1 year. Do not apply on open wounds or fractures.
