Description
Dietary supplement based on linden and hawthorn with melatonin and vitamin B1. Linden promotes relaxation (sleep; in cases of stress). Hawthorn contributes to the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system, relaxation and mental well-being, has antioxidant properties and promotes normal blood pressure. Thiamine contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and normal cardiac function. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day before bedtime, which dissolves in the mouth until completely dissolved.
