CONTAINING
Rice does not contain gluten, being a versatile and beneficial food. Rice flour contains minerals (zinc, magnesium, selenium, manganese), antioxidants, fiber, vitamin B complex.
HISTORIC
Rice flour ground on a traditional stone mill. The slow grinding does not alter the quality of the grains, the flour having a higher quality compared to the flour obtained by grinding on an industrial mill, at high speeds, when the grain is heated to temperatures of 80 degrees.
HOW IT WORKS
Rice flour helps remineralize the body. Selenium reduces the risk of heart diseases, manganese helps the brain to function properly. Fibers quickly give the feeling of satiety and ensure proper digestion. B vitamins reduce the risk of anemia, and antioxidants form a barrier against environmental factors (free radicals).
WHY WE RECOMMEND
We recommend in anemic states, of weakness. It is a product without the sugars (and gluten) specific to white flour, beneficial in maintaining a healthy body and an increased energy level.
HOW IT IS CONSUMED
Pancakes, puddings, as well as baked goods can be prepared.
