Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC.) bark powder, buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.) bark powder; bulking agent: cellulose; senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) leaf powder, rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.) rhizome powder, senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) leaf dry extract titrated at 20% in sennosides, dandelion [Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber ex F.H.Wigg.] root powder, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) flower and leaf dry extract, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit powder, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root powder; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); clove (Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.) clove powder, gentian (Gentiana lutea L.) root powder, mint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaf essential oil.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets per day, preferably in the evening.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor.
