Properties:

Ingredients :
St. John's wort (Hyperici herba).
The aerial part of the plant Hypericum perforatum L., fam. Hypericaceae, contains hypericin, flavonosides, epicatechol, proanthocyanidoles, phenol-carboxylic acids, carotenoids, vitamin C, hyperforin and adhiperforin, xanthones, choline, resins, mineral substances.

Method of preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over an envelope and leave covered for 10-15 minutes.

Administration method:
Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day.
Do not administer continuously for longer than 3 months. If you still need this tea, you can resume administration after a one-month break.

Contraindications:
Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to this plant. Contraindicated for photosensitive people.
This tea is not indicated for pregnant women and nursing mothers. In combination with oral contraceptives and antidepressants, it can reduce their effect.
