Is rellay help you in your journey to lose weight. I'm on day 3 and I take the 15 drops with 200 ml water after my breakfast at 9 am . I drink water between 2 L - 3 L . I've observed that im not craving for sweets and not feeling hungry to eat . The meals are half than before. Until now is ok . I will see how is going in month
