I use it for my Rottweiler, and the main reason I chose it is because it's natural. It's a good brand. I use the shampoo and conditioner, and usually the paw cream as well.

Everything was delivered quickly—unfortunately, I can't find the support phone number anywhere.

I cannot recommend this seller. My order was delayed by around one month, and after all that time it was falsely marked as delivered even though I never received it. There was no information about where the package had supposedly been delivered, no proof of delivery, and no delivery photo. The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely disappointing. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better customer service.
