Aquilea Sueño Forte is a nutritional supplement indicated to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

These tablets are tri-layered, so they are released gradually depending on the layer:

- First layer: fast release, contains Melatonin 1.95 mg, piperine, Vitamin D and B6.

- Second layer: maintains sleep and is released throughout the night. Griffonia (5-HTP) is the precursor to serotonin.

- Third layer: Valerian and Melissa for a restful sleep.

Suitable for ages 12 and up.

Free of gluten, lactose and added sugars.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet of Aquilea Sueño Forte a day half an hour before going to bed.

Composition

Melatonin 1.95 mg, Black Pepper 5 mg, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg, Vitamin D 5 mcg and extracts of: Griffonia 30 mg, Passiflora 100 mg, Poppy 100 mg, Melissa 100 mg and Valerian 100 mg.

Recommendation for use

Avoid using the product if you are hypersensitive to any of the components.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
