- contains desloratadine, an effective antihistamine against allergies;
- does not cause drowsiness and helps control allergic reactions;
- relieves symptoms of allergic rhinitis in adults, adolescents and children over 1 year of age, such as sneezing, nasal secretions, itching in the nose and palate, itching, redness or tearing of the eyes;
- reduces the symptoms of urticaria, including itching and rashes;
- provides relief for one day, allowing the resumption of daily activities and normal sleep.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
The use of Desloratadine Fiterman is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
No data are available on the effect on fertility in women or men.

Driving and using machines:
The recommended doses should not affect the ability to drive or use machines.
Although most people do not experience drowsiness, caution is recommended and activities requiring mental alertness, such as driving or using machinery, should be avoided until the individual reaction to the medication is established.

The active substance is desloratadine.
Each ml of oral solution contains 0.5 mg desloratadine.
The other ingredients of the oral solution are: liquid sorbitol (non-crystallisable) (E420), propylene glycol, citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, hypromellose 2208, sucralose, Givaudan orange flavour 87013-34, purified water.
