Description
dmBio's delicious unpeeled red lentils have a slightly nutty taste. Due to the lack of a seed coat, red lentils are perfect for cooking soups, salads and spreads. Lentils are also ideal as a side dish or with oriental dishes.
Instructions for use:
Method of preparation: there is no need to soak the lentils. Wash well 150 g of red lentils and boil in double amount of vegetable soup or salted water for 10 min.
Warnings:
May contain traces of gluten. Store tightly closed, protected from heat and dry.
