This pain can be due to overuse of tendons, muscles, and ligaments in the back and abdominal areas. Also suitable in cases where lower back pain is combined with sciatica, extending to the lower extremities. Instructions for use: Choose the correct size. Adjust with the Velcro closures. Although not necessary, for hygiene reasons you may prefer to wear a T-shirt under the support belt. 1. Position the support belt on your back (as low as possible). 2. Bring the ends towards the pubic area, below the abdomen. 3. Fasten both ends. 4. Take the two elastic straps. 5. Adjust the elastic straps to achieve the desired compression.
