How to use
To prepare an excellent infusion, pour boiling water into a mug (approximately 150 ml), add a filter bag and let it infuse for 5-8 minutes; cover the container to avoid the loss of more volatile substances.
Before removing the filter bag, press it gently with the back of a spoon. Use one bag per cup.
The resulting infusion can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
