Description
It contains myo-inositol in powder form which can help regulate women's metabolic and hormonal activity.
Active ingredients per sachet:
Myo-inositol 2000 mg, alpha-lactalbumin 50 mg, folic acid 200 mcg
Other ingredients:
Silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
Method of administration:
One sachet twice a day, between meals
To ensure a constant intake of inositol, the two sachets are administered at 12-hour intervals.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (200 ml).
