Bromelain (from pineapple stem - Ananas comosus L. Merr.), maltodextrin, bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose), corn starch, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc and polyethylene glycol).

How to use
Take one or two tablets daily with water.
