Description
Food supplement based on B vitamins to promote normal energy metabolism.
It contains niacin (vitamin PP), thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamins B6, B2, B12 and folic acid.
Niacin (vitamin PP), thiamine and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological functioning and normal red blood cell formation.
Folate contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet per day with a glass of water, preferably away from meals.
