Description
Food supplement based on ashwagandha and eleutherococcus, with creatine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, L-acetyl carnitine, magnesium, potassium, zinc, and vitamin C. The active ingredients contained in the plant extracts of ashwagandha and eleutherococcus have tonic and adaptogenic properties. Ashwagandha has tonic properties (physical and mental fatigue). Vitamin C also contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

L-arginine, creatine monohydrate (Creapure), beta-alanine, acetyl L-carnitine, maltodextrin, xylitol, Withania somnifera extract min. tit. 2.5% whitanolides, Eleutherococcus senticosus Maximus extract min. tit. 1% eleutherosides, silica, magnesium chloride, potassium citrate, orange juice flavoring, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sucralose, zinc.

Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
For best results, take one sachet per day in 200 ml of water, away from meals. According to your doctor's advice, two sachets per day may be taken.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Conservation
Store the product in a cool, dry place at room temperature; avoid exposure to localized heat sources and sunlight. The shelf life refers to the product when stored properly and in its intact packaging.
