MELATONIN

Description
Food supplement in tablets based on melatonin, passionflower, valerian, GABA and vitamin B6.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Valerian promotes relaxation (in cases of stress). Passionflower promotes sleep and relaxation (in cases of stress) and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part estimation; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate dihydrate; gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), melatonin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root estimation; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, and fatty acids.

How to use
Take one tablet daily, as needed, half an hour before bedtime.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
