- contains uridine monophosphate, nervonic acid and 13 other active ingredients;
- turmeric can help maintain healthy bones and joints;
- niacin, thiamine, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 can contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system;
- magnesium and vitamin D can contribute to maintaining bone health;
- magnesium can contribute to the normal functioning of the muscular system;
- ginger can help maintain tone and vitality.
The contents of the sachet are dissolved in 100-200 ml of water, mixed and consumed immediately.
If the product settles, add a little water, mix again and consume.
For active people, it is recommended to take it after physical activity, before the main meal.
After 25 days of use, take a 5-day break.
A 3-month course of treatment is followed by a 15-30-day break before resuming administration.
The product is suitable for long-term use.
