Food supplement with alkaline protease and Aspergillus oryzae

VioGenesis Serraprozyme is a dietary supplement containing the proteolytic enzyme alkaline protease and the fungus Aspergillus oryzae. Aspergillus oryzae, also known as koji, is a filamentous fungus used for the production of fermented foods and for the production of enzymes.

Alkaline Protease provides 300,000 units of enzymatic activity. Proteases are hydrolytic enzymes that act as biocatalysts to break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids, facilitating their absorption by the body.

Recommended dosage: 1 gastro-resistant capsule per day with a little water.

Ingredients:

• Essential ingredients: alkaline protease (enteric-resistant), Aspergillus oryzae
• Other ingredients: acacia fiber (gum arabic), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, pectin, gum arabic, glycerin, water

Active ingredients / per 1 capsule:

• Alkaline protease: 125 mg (provides 300,000 units of serra-thiopeptidase enzymatic activity)
• Aspergillus oryzae: 100 mg (2 x 10 ⁹ CFU)
