I thought they were capsules, not tablets. Until now, I’d only been familiar with the capsules. I couldn’t figure out whether the capsules and tablets are intended for the same use. There are also differences in how they’re taken Capsules: 1 capsule twice daily Tablets: 2 tablets three times daily With the tablet form from Greece, you have to take 6 tablets daily. With the capsule form directly from India, you only have to take 2 capsules daily. For a 3-month supply in tablet form, you need approximately 540 tablets. For a 3-month supply in capsule form, you only need about 180 capsules. I thought there were 100 capsules in the container, not 100 tablets.
