It has a great effect on your performance, but be careful—it’s a very strong, concentrated powder, so I’had a few nights where I suffered from insomnia. I did some research, and apparently you should take 1,000 mg of ginger per day, since it’s a powerful stimulant for the nervous system.

I normally woke up before 2am every night. It's not a miracle pill, but from the first time I tried it, I did not woke up. I have almost 2 weeks of talking them and I manage to sleep from 10:30 - ish till almost 5 in the morning. I normally can't remember to take them an hour before bed time. I just take it before I go to sleep. My issue is not falling asleep, but staying asleep and getting a good rest. So they are helping me so far. I got other, cheaper brand that I tried first but they did nothing for me, quick enough. So I will surely buy those ones again.
