It is soluble both cold and hot.
Ingredients
Inulin, FOS (short chain fructooligosaccharides), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel).

How to use
5 grams per day (equal to a level tablespoon or 4 level teaspoons) provide 4.4 g of fiber.
Product to be consumed after reconstitution: dissolve in a glass of water or other liquid (200 ml), mix and drink immediately.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
