Recommended intake:
PANACEO CARE Zeolite Alkaline Bath is ideal for full baths, sitz baths, and foot baths to promote balance and regeneration. Shake well before use. Simply sprinkle into warm water and bathe for approximately 30–60 minutes at 37–38 degrees Celsius. Suitable for all skin types.

Valuable tips for a full bath

1. Applying it twice a week is recommended.

2. Do not use any additional soap, washing substances or shampoos.

3. Rub your skin with a bathing glove every 15 minutes.

6. After bathing, let the alkaline water dry on your skin.
