Microencapsulated mixture of 8 bacterial strains (Lactobacillus plantarum LP02, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR04, Bifidobacterium lactis BS01, Bifidobacterium breve BR03, Lactobacillus casei LC03, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02, Bifidobacterium longum BL03, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG), inulin, capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent: cellulose, fructooligosaccharides, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 capsule daily. Take with or immediately after a meal. Drink a glass of water.

If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, you can open it and pour its contents into a small amount of liquid or food at room temperature.
