Description
Properties: Diseases of the digestive system; Renal diseases; Rheumatic diseases Ash tea is particularly useful in supporting the body's detoxification processes. It is also a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic, with beneficial effects on the joint system. Ingredients: Ash leaves (Fraxinus excelsior). Method of use: Internal: in the form of infusion: from 1 teaspoon of the plant to 200 mL of boiling water, leave covered for a few minutes to infuse, strain and drink 2-3 cups of tea per day. In the case of long-term cures, a break of 3 weeks is recommended every 3 months. External: in the form of a decoction or infusion. It will be used for: local washes, sitz baths, vaginal washes, compresses, poultices in sterile dressing, for: eczema, mycosis, wounds, ulcerations, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, vaginal infections, edema, joint inflammation, calming stings insects, cleaning oily or acne-prone skin and rinsing oily or dandruff-prone hair.
