Description

Beechwood ( Betonicae herba ) is a traditional herbal medicinal product in the form of an herbal infusion. It is used orally as an aid for indigestion and mild diarrhea, acting as an astringent and stimulating the secretion of digestive juices. Externally, it is used as a wash and compress for scratches and abrasions. The product's effectiveness is based on long-term use and experience.

Composition

100% beech herb ( Betonicae herba ).

Dosage

For oral use as a decoction, pour 1/2 cup of cold water over 1/2 tablespoon of the herb (approximately 1.5 g). Cover and simmer slowly for 5 minutes. Let steep for 10 minutes and strain. Drink the fresh, warm decoction once daily, 1 hour before a meal.

For skin application as a decoction. Prepare a decoction of 2 tablespoons of the herb per 1 cup of water.
