Italian lasagna sheets made from durum wheat flour and fresh eggs, ideal for preparing traditional recipes with rich layers of sauce and cheese. They offer a firm texture and authentic taste after baking.
Consumption method:
- Alternate lasagna sheets with meat sauce, béchamel sauce and cheese
- Bake at 180–200°C for 30–40 minutes
- Optional: pre-boil the sheets for 6 minutes before using
