Liverwort is a natural product and an ideal aid, especially in garden care. Simply add a few drops of the extract to your watering can and watch your plants grow and thrive. It not only strengthens your plants but also effectively protects them naturally from most fungi and animal pests, such as slugs.

We recommend a dilution ratio of 1:200, which corresponds to a 0.5% solution. This means 5 ml of liverwort extract per liter of water.

Should unwanted guests happen to settle on your plants, you can quickly get rid of them with liverwort extract without harming the plants themselves. The scent of liverwort is not very attractive to many pests. Dilute the extract 1:50 with water, pour the solution into a spray bottle, and spray the affected areas of the plant directly. Use 20 ml of liverwort extract per liter of water.

Good to know: To produce liverwort extract, the plant material is taken from nature without endangering the population.

Liverwort extract is biodegradable and completely safe to use, so you can also apply it to fruits and vegetables. However, we recommend washing the fruit or vegetables before eating them.

Liverwort is used in garden care to strengthen your plants.

Instructions for use:
Liverwort is primarily used in gardening, where it can be added to watering cans to strengthen plants. It is particularly effective when combined with a formulated plant oil, such as neem oil plus an emulsifier. This improves adhesion to the plant and thus enhances the liverwort's effectiveness.

Plants: To strengthen plants against fungal infections, liverwort is dissolved in water at a ratio of 1:200 (0.5%). 100 ml of liverwort extract is sufficient for 20 liters of spray solution (5 ml of liverwort to 1 liter of water). The diluted solution is sprayed evenly onto the plants using a spray bottle. Application should be preventative during the growing seasons when the pathogen may be present on the treated host plants.

When treating affected plants, a concentration of 1:50 (2%) is required (20 ml liverwort to 1 liter of water). Spray the plants until dripping wet every 7 to 14 days.

Liverwort dissolved in 70% alcohol is particularly effective against slugs and snails, as anything watered or sprayed with it becomes unpalatable to them. If the pests cannot find suitable food in a garden, they will not reproduce and will migrate to a neighbor's garden. Mix 5 ml of liverwort with one liter of water. Spray the plants with this solution until dripping wet in the evening.
