Description
Lactase-based dietary supplement. Contains lactase (beta-galactosidase), which improves lactose digestion in those with lactose intolerance.

Ingredients
Sweetener: mannitol; lactase enzyme (beta-galactosidase); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
Take one chewable tablet before meals, preferably shortly before consuming milk, dairy products (butter, cheese, milk and dairy products), or other foods containing lactose. One chewable tablet contains enough enzymatic activity to break down approximately 10 g of lactose (equivalent to approximately 200 ml of milk). To support the physiological metabolism of lactose, take Mill&Joy with every meal containing lactose. In cases of particular need, the daily dose can be increased to up to 5 chewable tablets per meal consumed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take if you are hypersensitive or allergic to one or more components. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Lactose tolerance varies, so it is advisable to consult your doctor or pharmacist regarding the role of this substance in your diet.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature between 15 and 25°C, away from light and/or heat sources.
