Description
The beneficial effect of melatonin is achieved by taking 1 mg shortly before going to sleep. Each Oniria extended-release tablet contains 1.98 mg of melatonin. Oniria's formulation allows for: Rapid action thanks to the immediate release of melatonin (1 mg). Long-lasting effect thanks to the prolonged release of melatonin (0.98 mg).
INDICATIONS
Suitable for sleep. Lactose and gluten free. Contains sweetener. Contains 1.98 mg of melatonin.
HOW TO USE IT
Take 1 capsule daily half an hour to 1 hour before bedtime, preferably at the same time each day.
