Pediacin

A silicone-based hydrogel medical device. Developed using patented Microcyn® technology, it is intended for the care of skin affected by atopic dermatitis and eczema, creating a protective barrier against physical, chemical, and microbiological factors. It is also indicated for use as an adjunct in wound healing for wounds that can only heal through maturing granulation tissue.

Composition

Electrolyzed Water (H ₂ O), Polydimethylsiloxane, Sodium Magnesium Fluorosilicate, Sodium Phosphate.
Excipients: Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) and Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl).

Product characteristics

The Pediacyn medical device effectively reduces inflammation, dryness, redness, and itching characteristic of atopic dermatitis. The product is safe – suitable for people of all ages, including young children. It can be used on the face, around the eyes, and mouth without causing irritation. It contains hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) in minimal amounts, which are naturally produced by the human immune system, supporting skin regeneration processes. Pediacyn has a neutral pH, making it non-irritating and non-toxic to the skin.

Product use

Use three times a day or as directed by a specialist.

How to use a medical device

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before application.
2. Shake the package.
3. Apply a thin layer of Pediacyn to the affected area and massage gently until evenly distributed.
4. Allow to dry; do not rinse.
