Vitamin D is necessary for normal bone growth and development in children.
Vitamin D is found primarily in the liver oil of saltwater fish (cod, salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel) as well as in eggs and milk.

Sweet almond oil, liquid vitamin D3 1,000,000 IU/g (medium chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol); antioxidant: DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.
