Description
Bendito AHA 10% is a combination of three different types of Alpha Hydroxy Acids: Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, and Mandelic Acid. Alpha Hydroxy Acids are natural organic acids that induce exfoliation and accelerate the cell cycle. On the one hand, they reduce the cohesion of corneocytes, promoting desquamation and thinning of the stratum corneum, but not the epidermis. They also accelerate the cell cycle, which slows down in aging skin.
AHAs have proven effectiveness in treating photoaging, improving fine lines, freckles, age spots, and other pigmentation issues. They also act as humectants, helping the skin retain moisture.
The formula of Bendito Alpha Hydroxy Acids 10% is accompanied by soothing and moisturizing ingredients.
Suitable for all skin types, except very sensitive skin. Formulated at a pH of 3.4
Ingredients
Aqua, glycolic acid, paraffinum liquidum, mandelic acid, lactic acid, ethanol and hamamelis virginiana leaf extract and potassium sorbate and phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin, glycerin, cetearyl alcohol, pentylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, Avena sativa kernel extract, inulin, isopropyl palmitate, chamomilla recutita flower extract, hydroxyacetophenone, ceteareth-20, parfum.
Pharmaceutical advice
Use it once a day on dry skin. For the first two weeks, it's best to apply the product 2-3 nights a week. You can gradually increase the frequency as tolerated. You may feel a slight tingling or itching when applying it; this is normal, especially during the first few days of use.
