Effects:
Internal use: for increased diuresis, calculus and renal colic, cystitis, rheumatism, gastritis, hemorrhoids.
External use: rheumatism, varicose ulcers, eczema, wounds, foot sweat.
Composition:
Horsetail (equiseti herba) is a plant widely used in phytotherapy with diuretic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, remineralizing, cicatrizing, gastric acidity-reducing action.
Method of preparation:
Internal use: decoction of 2 teaspoons of herb to 1 cup of water. External use: prepare a concentrated decoction of 100mg plant per 1 liter of water. Preparation of the decoction: from the moment of boiling, keep it boiling, on low heat, for about 20-30 minutes.
Administration method:
Internal use: 2-3 cups per day. External use: local baths and compresses with concentrated infusion.
