For the care of all wounds, especially deep, fissure, acute, and chronic wounds, as well as clinically infected wounds undergoing debridement and granulation. Typical applications include: leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic gangrene, abscesses, boils, carbuncles, burns, and difficult-to-dress wounds in traumatology and cancer surgery.

• The soft fibers of the dressing transform into a moist gel in the wound, creating a microclimate favorable to the healing process.
• Microorganisms are captured from the wound and enclosed in the structure of the dressing
• Ensures effective wound cleansing even in deep wounds
• Accelerates the formation of granulation tissue
• It does not stick to the wound surface, allowing for painless dressing changes.
