Collagen is a protein produced by the body, constituting approximately 30% of all human proteins. The source of collagen in a properly composed diet can be primarily fruit and vegetable jellies, jellied fish and organs. Swanson ^® Tablets can also be a great way to supplement your body's demand for collagen. The preparation uses hydrolyzed bovine collagen type I and III.

The composition of the preparation has been additionally supplemented with vitamin C. Vitamin C is necessary for the correct production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of bones, cartilage and skin. It also supports cell protection against oxidative stress.

The recommended daily dose of the preparation is 6 tablets, which allow you to supplement the daily diet of adults with 6 g of hydrolyzed bovine collagen I and III and 60 mg of vitamin C. A package containing 250 tablets contains 41 daily servings.
