ANAL EXTENDER

The anal dilator is used to gently widen the anal canal and sphincter muscle, as well as to improve elasticity in cases of anal conditions. This leads to relaxation of a cramped sphincter muscle, promotes blood circulation, and prevents sphincter spasms.
It is often used in conjunction with ointments that are used to treat the symptoms of hemorrhoidal disease.

Application:
To improve lubrication, the anal dilator is thinly coated with ointment before being inserted into the anal canal; if necessary, some ointment can also be applied to the tip of the anal dilator.
This makes insertion significantly easier and avoids additional pain. A relaxed body position is recommended during use, either in a squatting position or lying on your side.
The anal dilator is carefully inserted with a twisting motion as far as is comfortable, and then moved back and forth alternately while twisting. This loosens the tension in the anal muscles and simultaneously massages any applied ointment into the finest cracks and folds of the anal canal.
The anal dilator should normally be used about twice a day for approximately two minutes each time. It is recommended to insert the dilator slowly several times (10 to 15 times). As the treatment progresses, you should try to gradually advance the dilator deeper into the anal canal. The success of the treatment depends primarily on the regularity of its use.
As an additional exercise, it is recommended that after inserting the anal dilator, you firmly clench your sphincter muscles several times against the resistance of the dilator. This measure can strengthen the sphincter muscle and weakened pelvic floor muscles.
