Before shampooing: Apply gently to damp or dry hair before washing and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse well! Use 2-3 times a week.

As a mask: Apply gently on wet hair after washing and leave for 2-3 minutes. Rinse well! Use 2-3 times a week.
