Use

Fill the bathtub with warm water at 35-39°C. Drop the bath bomb into the water and allow it to dissolve completely, releasing the relaxing scent of forest fruits. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes to calm your body and mind before bed. After bathing, gently pat your body dry with a towel to lock in moisture.
