Since ancient times, linseed oil has been known as a treatment against cholesterol, constipation, gastric ulcer, cystitis, colitis, having antibacterial, antiparasitic, antitumor actions.
Regulates intestinal transit, has positive effects on blood pressure, detoxification of the body, stabilizes the glycemic level in the blood, maintains hormonal balance, stimulates metabolism.
For external use, it helps in the treatment of burns, eczema, psoriasis, abscesses and boils.

100% pure cold-pressed linseed oil from naturally dried linseeds, very rich in vitamins A, B, D, E; minerals - magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus; fatty acids – linolenic (Omega 3) 50%, linoleic (Omega 6) 20%, oleic (Omega 9) 24%, palmitic 10%, palmitoleic, stearic.
Way of ussage:
A minimum of 3 spoons/day is recommended, it is also used in cures or delicate culinary preparations, such as salads, sauces, soups, soups.
